I've downloaded it and had a look - it works on my machine, which is nice, because precompiled binaries quite often don't. All the dialogs seems to funciton properly. I don't have any PSX games ripped to test, so I can't test it any further. One BIG problem: this includes the hot shots golf file, and the keys.bin. It's illegal to distribute them.
